Full Stack Engineer

About the role

This is a backend/fullstack developer position at a growing SaaS startup focused on crew logistics for the global shipping industry. You'll own features end-to-end, work on integrations with third-party systems, and have the opportunity to grow into a technical lead role as the company scales.

What you'll do

• Drive product initiatives from high-level decisions to implementation, testing, and deployment
• Design, extend, and maintain integrations with third-party systems including various ERPs
• Collaborate on defining technical direction for backend services, focusing on performance and scalability
• Build resilient, performant systems capable of handling large-scale, real-time data
• Design and implement data pipelines, transformations, and APIs for analytics and dashboards
• Work closely with backend, data, and customer experience teams to define API contracts
• Work in tight build-measure-learn cycles, continuously improving based on user feedback

What you'll need

• 2-5 years of experience in backend or fullstack development, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Experience building integrations to ERP systems and third-party APIs
• Strong skills in backend technologies (Node.js, Python), ETL pipelines and SQL databases
• Comfort with distributed systems, real-time data, and performance optimization
• Startup energy and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
• Growth mindset and excitement about growing into a technical lead role
