Head of E-Commerce

About the role

We are looking for a Head of E-commerce to own and manage our direct-to-consumer online shop and drive its performance across all markets. This role owns on-site revenue performance and daily ecommerce execution, leading a small ecommerce team and working closely with Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, Tech, and Customer Care to ensure the website sells effectively and continuously improves.

What you'll do

• Own overall DTC ecommerce performance across all markets, including conversion rate and average order value
• Translate commercial goals into clear ecommerce priorities and concrete on-site actions
• Monitor daily performance and react quickly to opportunities, issues, and stock or conversion risks
• Own homepage, category pages, product pages, navigation, and onsite merchandising decisions
• Lead onsite execution of product launches, campaigns, promotions, bundles, gifts, and seasonal initiatives
• Lead, develop, and prioritise a lean, high impact ecommerce team
• Partner with Tech to scope, prioritise, and deliver website improvements
• Track and report on key ecommerce KPIs, sharing clear insights and recommendations with leadership

What you'll need

• Six to eight years of experience in DTC ecommerce, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
• Hands-on experience owning onsite performance and ecommerce merchandising
• Strong experience working with Shopify or comparable ecommerce platforms
• Proven background in onsite optimisation and ecommerce operations
• Highly commercial and execution-driven mindset
• Data driven, pragmatic, and outcome oriented
• Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and make decisions
• Fluent in English
