Your Role

Manage social channels with full ownership and develop organic growth strategy.

• Manage Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok channels
• Build and moderate community across users, relatives, and audiences
• Plan editorial calendar with Design, Product, and founding team
• Analyze KPIs and optimize for reach, engagement, and relevance
• Monitor platform trends and translate into channel strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years in social media, content marketing, or community management
• Deep platform mechanics and organic growth understanding
• Hands-on AI tool experience (Claude, Midjourney, Gemini)
• Fluent German and English
• Startup mindset: pragmatic and speed-focused
