About the role

This is a creator marketing role focused on scaling GetYourGuide's travel creator community by developing engagement strategies for nano and micro influencers. You'll manage the full creator lifecycle from acquisition to retention while working closely with product teams to shape offerings based on creator insights.

What you'll do

  • Define value proposition and messaging for creator community across different audience segments
  • Design and execute multi-channel engagement strategy across CRM, social, and events
  • Drive targeted lifecycle campaigns to improve conversion rates from follower to active member
  • Create campaigns highlighting benefits and success stories to foster community advocacy
  • Translate community insights into refined positioning and product features
  • Collaborate with Product teams to inform feature development based on creator needs
  • Develop engaging content including guides, tutorials, newsletters, and success stories
  • Track and analyze core community metrics including LTV, activation, retention, and churn
  • Optimize campaign performance to improve engagement and retention

What you'll need

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or creator/influencer marketing
  • Demonstrated experience developing engagement strategies for online communities (preferably B2B)
  • Experience planning and executing CRM campaigns using Braze, HubSpot, or similar solutions
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Tech teams on feature development
  • Knowledge of social media channels, especially Instagram and TikTok

Nice to have

  • Experience in the creator economy or working with influencers
  • Track record of segmenting audiences to improve product adoption and conversion rates
  • Experience developing and optimizing value propositions for different audience segments
  • YouTube knowledge
