About the role
We are looking for a Working Student / Part-Time Enablement Data & Content Specialist to support the creation of realistic enterprise datasets, business documents, and hands-on learning experiences. This role combines data thinking, ERP process understanding, and content creation, and plays a key role in enabling scalable, high-quality deployments of Hypatos solutions.
What you'll do
- Support building master data and transactional datasets for training and simulation purposes, such as: Vendors, Purchase Orders, GL Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, WBS, Internal Orders, etc.
- Ensure logical relationships across datasets (e.g., vendor ↔ PO ↔ invoice ↔ posting)
- Contribute to creating realistic and consistent enterprise data scenarios across different use cases
- Create sample business documents for training and testing (e.g., invoices, credit notes, purchase orders), across different formats and use cases
- Support development and enhancement of training materials and documentation
- Design hands-on labs, simulations, and practical exercises for partners, customers, and internal teams
- Build realistic business scenarios for training, testing, and validation
- Collect structured feedback after sessions and translate it into improvement actions
What you'll need
- Background in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or similar - or equivalent hands-on experience
- 0–2 years of relevant practical experience (including internships, academic, or personal projects)
- Strong understanding of data structures and relational logic (tables, dependencies, consistency)
- Strong understanding of business processes, ideally in finance / operations (e.g., Procure-to-Pay)
- Ability to work with and structure complex datasets
- Experience using AI tools to generate, refine, and scale data and content
- High attention to detail and structured, analytical thinking
- Ability to independently drive tasks and manage ambiguity
Nice to have
- Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems
- Experience with data generation, scripting, or automation (e.g., Python, SQL)
- Experience in content creation, instructional design, or documentation
- Understanding of invoice processing, accounting, or enterprise workflows
