About the role
You'll be responsible for quality assurance and plausibility control of market and mortgage value assessments for real estate properties. This position involves creating independent property valuations while contributing to the development and optimization of quality assurance processes.
What you'll do
- Review and perform plausibility checks on market and mortgage value assessments
- Ensure correct and complete application of valuation methods
- Document quality deficiencies and develop improvement recommendations
- Contribute to the development and optimization of quality assurance processes
- Create independent market and mortgage value assessments for various property types
- Research and prepare comparative data and relevant market information
- Collaborate on complex and challenging valuation projects
- Manage and maintain quality databases
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners
- Utilize AI tools effectively to increase productivity and problem-solving
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Economics, Economics, Civil Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Alternatively, completed vocational training in real estate or finance with willingness for continuing education
- DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 certification or ability to meet requirements
- Relevant professional experience in real estate valuation including market and mortgage value assessment
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- High quality awareness and resilience
- Team orientation and open communication skills
- Class B driver's license and willingness for regular travel
- Proficiency with MS Office and industry-specific software
