About the role
You'll manage complete B2B customer communication at Doctolib, developing and managing marketing customer journeys for existing clients. This is a 15-month maternity cover position focused on creating targeted campaigns across diverse customer segments in the German healthcare market.
What you'll do
- Manage the entire B2B marketing customer journey for existing customers in Germany across multiple channels (email, in-app, etc.)
- Create campaigns for product launches, cycle releases, and usage increase initiatives with focus on storytelling
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness monthly and optimize for better reach and impact
- Collaborate closely with Customer Engagement, Product Marketing, and Marketing Performance teams
- Analyze performance of created campaigns against KPIs including product usage, user satisfaction, engagement, and campaign performance
What you'll need
- Completed degree in Communications, Marketing or similar field (Health Management focus is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years experience in content marketing, copywriting, PR & communications in healthcare
- Copywriting expertise with experience in customer journey management and storytelling
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain overview during intensive project phases
- Experience with Braze, WalkMe or other CRM tools
- Excellent written and verbal German skills plus business-level English
