About the role
As a Strategic Engagement Manager at Parloa, you'll own the success of the most strategic enterprise customers, guiding them through AI and customer experience transformations. You'll translate executive-level AI visions into measurable business outcomes while building long-term partnerships that position Parloa as an essential transformation partner.
What you'll do
- Lead strategic enterprise relationships, owning success plans, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes
- Translate executive AI and CX ambitions into enterprise-wide impact across multiple business units and geographies
- Orchestrate implementation and delivery excellence, managing timelines and cross-functional execution for high-impact go-lives
- Build trust-based partnerships with senior stakeholders, evolving Parloa from solution provider to strategic ally
- Quantify and communicate value through data-driven storytelling and executive business reviews
- Identify and capture expansion opportunities by scaling adoption across regions, functions, and use cases
- Represent Parloa's leadership in Agentic AI and enterprise innovation
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software, consulting, or customer success managing large strategic accounts
- Proven track record of translating executive vision into commercial value and designing scalable success strategies
- End-to-end ownership mindset with ability to drive results under ambiguity and align cross-functional teams
- Board-level presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic discussions
- Strong grasp of AI, automation, and enterprise integration with ability to translate technical possibilities into customer value
- Builder's mindset with structured, proactive, and collaborative approach
- Strong communication skills in English and German
