About the role
You'll be a Customer Support Specialist helping customers with technical and commercial inquiries while supporting the development of 1KOMMA5°'s renewable energy platform. This role involves both direct customer support and contributing to process improvements and training materials.
What you'll do
- Handle 1st and 2nd level customer inquiries across all channels including social media
- Identify hardware and software issues and collaborate with technical teams on product improvements
- Create training materials and conduct coaching sessions for new team members
- Build multimedia FAQs and self-service resources for customers
- Contribute to optimizing automation and AI-supported service processes
What you'll need
- Completed vocational training with at least 3 years of relevant customer service experience
- Tech-savvy with interest in understanding renewable energy systems
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex processes simply
- Fluent German (C-level), additional languages advantageous
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM tools preferred
