Creative Technologist // AI Music Video

About the role

We're looking for a creative technologist to own and improve the visual output quality of our AI music video product. This person will sit at the intersection of visual creation, AI tooling, and product improvement, experimenting deeply with prompts, workflows, image and video models, and system settings to make our generated videos more compelling, coherent, and aligned with user intent.

What you'll do

• Own and improve the visual quality of our generated music videos
• Experiment with prompts, workflows, system settings, and model combinations
• Identify recurring quality issues and failure modes in user outputs
• Improve prompt adherence, coherence, scene composition, style consistency, and overall aesthetics
• Build a tight feedback loop with users and learn from real generations
• Develop better templates, prompting systems, and creative best practices
• Use AI coding tools and lightweight scripting to inspect, test, and improve parts of the pipeline
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering

What you'll need

• Strong visual taste and real experience in visual creation, filmmaking, motion design, creative direction, generative art, or related fields
• Strong curiosity about AI-native creative workflows and the current landscape of image, video, and language models
• A deep passion for helping creators make better videos with AI
• Good understanding of the strengths and constraints of current generative systems
• Comfort using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar, and willingness to get hands-on with technical workflows
• Highly experimental mindset: you like tinkering, testing, and iterating quickly
• Based in Berlin

Nice to have

• Experience building repeatable creative workflows
• Experience with prompting and evaluation for image/video models
• Basic scripting ability
• Experience working directly from user feedback or production data
