About the role
We're looking for a Key Account Manager (f/m/d) who owns the commercial growth of our most important enterprise accounts. You are measured on whether accounts grow — commercially accountable, deal-closing, and structured in how you drive expansion.
What you'll do
- Grow strategic accounts commercially by opening new business units, expanding into new markets, introducing new use cases, and closing deals
- Qualify opportunities, build a business case, navigate stakeholders, negotiate, and close — expansion is not cold outreach, but the motion is still commercial
- Establish and lead a strategic account cadence: steering committees, executive reviews, quarterly planning — meetings that produce results, not just slides
- Work with structured account plans that give clarity on priorities, stakeholders, and commercial next steps; own the commercial actions and keep plans current
- Sit at the intersection of customer knowledge and commercial execution — assess and pursue opportunities identified internally or through account plans
- Use AI for account planning, stakeholder research, deal preparation, and follow-up as a natural part of how you work
What you'll need
- A track record of growing enterprise accounts commercially, with numbers to show for it (expansion revenue, deal sizes, account growth rates)
- Experience working with complex enterprise organisations, multiple stakeholders, and slow-moving internal processes on the customer side
- Ability to build a business case and get internal buy-in on the customer side
- Comfort with B2B SaaS and ideally regulated industries — you must hold your own in conversations with senior stakeholders
- AI as a natural part of your daily work (research, planning, proposals, or similar)
- English at near-native level (C1-C2); German at full professional proficiency required
