Key Responsibilities

• Create 2D animations, motion graphics, and short-form video content
• Independently shoot, edit, and finalize video and visual materials
• Design social media assets, website elements, newsletters, and pitch decks
• Collaborate with product team on UI animations, micro-interactions, and app iconography
• Identify emerging trends and leverage them strategically for engagement
• Repurpose existing content creatively to maximize asset potential
• Track content performance and identify optimization opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience in social media, content, or creative industries
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience with Canva, Figma, and Flora
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools like Midjourney or Claude
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Natural storytelling instinct and audience awareness
