About the role

As a Client Success Manager, you'll be responsible for helping SMB customers achieve maximum impact using the Leapsome platform while building meaningful relationships. You'll focus on minimizing churn, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving net revenue retention across your customer portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Proactively manage customer relationships to minimize churn and identify expansion opportunities
  • Own customer renewals and drive net revenue retention across your book of business
  • Support customers in rolling out additional platform features and drive continued adoption
  • Monitor and improve customer success KPIs including NRR, GRR, and customer health scores
  • Leverage CRM tools to track engagement and identify at-risk accounts
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product teams on roadmap improvements
  • Work to make customer success processes scalable as the company grows

What you'll need

  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Proven track record managing customer renewals and driving net revenue retention
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex processes simply
  • Process-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in HR tech or People Operations software
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS startup environment
