About the role
As Regional Vice President Sales for Eastern Europe & Alps, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion. You'll own the go-to-market strategy for the region while coaching your team to exceed ambitious sales quotas in complex B2B SaaS deals.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives
- Own go-to-market strategy and execution for Eastern Europe, including market entry planning and positioning
- Guide team through complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executives, IT, and procurement
- Manage pipeline forecasting with clear visibility on risks and opportunities
- Hire, onboard, and mentor top sales talent while fostering professional development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Partnerships, Solution Engineering, and Customer Engagement teams
What you'll need
- 3+ years leading B2B SaaS sales teams outside home market, ideally including Eastern Europe or Alps
- Strong understanding of Enterprise B2B sales cycles (300k+ ARR)
- Proven track record developing high-performing teams in high-growth Data, AI, Cloud or SaaS companies
- Experience with methodology-based sales coaching, MEDDPICC, and challenger selling approach
- Comfortable working with data-driven metrics: pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, deal health
- Executive presence with top-tier communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for C-suite engagement
- Excellent German (spoken and written) and strong English skills
- Ability to balance structure and pragmatism in fast-moving scale-up environment
