About the role
As Strategic Partnerships Manager UK, you will own Hive's delivery, freight, and fulfilment partner portfolio in the UK end-to-end, working out of our Berlin HQ. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you will be the face of Operations for the UK market, both internally and externally.
What you'll do
- Own the full relationship with Hive's UK delivery, freight, and fulfilment partners from smaller day-to-day projects through to long-term strategy
- Negotiate carrier and partner contracts, driving cost efficiency while maintaining high service levels
- Track and act on partner performance data to identify improvements, resolve issues, and keep operations running smoothly
- Run regular business reviews and operational check-ins with partners, ensuring accountability on both sides
- Develop the UK partner portfolio in line with Hive's growth ambitions, making our offering the most attractive for D2C brands in the market
- Work closely with Growth, Account Management, and Merchant Care to translate market needs into partner requirements
What you'll need
- You have 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, consulting, or a fast-growth startup, and you have worked in environments where ownership and pace matter
- You have a track record of managing commercial relationships end-to-end with carriers, 3PLs, freight or fulfilment providers, or other external partners
- You work with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mentality, take initiative, move fast, and drive impact without waiting to be told
- You are analytically strong and confident using data to drive negotiations and performance conversations
- You have excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages such as German are a plus
- You thrive in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments and act like the owner of your domain
