Engineering Manager, Authentication & Authorization

About the role

We're looking for an Engineering Manager who thrives in Authentication/Authorisation-focused environments, loves taking end-to-end ownership of products or components, and can lead a team to deliver high-impact solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead and grow a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Own the full lifecycle of a product or component - from design and development to deployment and optimization.
• Shape the technical roadmap alongside product and design teams.
• Influence architecture and processes to ensure scalability, quality, and maintainability.

What you'll need

• Strong engineer or engineering manager with hands-on leadership experience within an Authorization or Authentication environment, taking full ownership of products from concept to production in product-driven companies.
• Strong end-to-end ownership mindset—you take products or major components from concept to production, owning the full lifecycle.
• Fluent in English.
