What you'll do

• Plan maintenance and service appointments with workshops and ensure smooth operations
• Process ticket requests from employees regarding all vehicle topics, such as damages or fuel card problems
• Coordinate communication with internal departments and external partners
• Maintain and update all vehicle-related data in the system
• Ensure that vehicles are completely and properly returned to the fleet
• Support our branches in the electric sector when needed and inspect the vehicles available there
