Your Mission

You will ensure Qontoers have the right tools, at the right time, by owning the day-to-day IT experience in the office: support, onboarding/offboarding, devices, and meeting rooms. You will report to Bastien, our Lead IT Operations, and help scale a secure, reliable IT environment for 1,700+ employees.

What You'll Work On

• Day-to-day IT support for the Berlin office
• Device management — onboarding and offboarding
• Meeting room and office infrastructure
• Automating repetitive work with AI assistants and agentic workflows
