Founders Associate - Go-to-Market

About the role

You'll work as a Founders' Associate for Go-to-Market, helping build praxipal's GTM engine as they scale their AI receptionist Luna from orthodontics into additional medical specialties. This is a hands-on generalist role where you'll own new initiatives and work directly with the founders to drive growth.

What you'll do

• Build partnerships approach and turn industry collaborations into sustainable growth engines
• Plan and execute industry events to create meaningful connections with customers and partners
• Drive and improve GTM reporting using data to clarify performance and priorities
• Design and deliver product demos and support existing customers to maximize AI agent value
• Continuously improve lead generation, sales, and customer success processes using automation tools

What you'll need

• Prior experience in fast-paced environments combining generalist and customer-facing roles
• Extraordinary drive with strong entrepreneurial mindset and high self-motivation
• Quick to learn and adapt to new roles, tools and automation solutions
• Ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Natural relationship builder who connects proactively with customers, partners and team members
• Professional level German and English
