About the role
You'll be responsible for proactive B2B customer acquisition at Germany's leading real estate platform ImmoScout24. This sales role focuses on winning new business customers through phone-based outreach and building long-term client relationships.
What you'll do
- Proactively acquire new B2B customers through outbound sales activities
- Conduct needs analysis to understand potential customers' requirements and identify suitable solutions from the product portfolio
- Win new customers over the phone using strong sales skills and compelling arguments
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Execute targeted cross-selling and upselling initiatives to maximize customer value
- Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs
What you'll need
- Completed professional training or relevant experience, ideally in B2B sales, account management, or real estate
- Proven sales experience with strong hunter mindset and results-oriented approach
- Proactive, structured, goal and solution-oriented working style
- High level of self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
- Team player who shares successes and motivates others
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
