About the role

You'll be responsible for proactive B2B customer acquisition at Germany's leading real estate platform ImmoScout24. This sales role focuses on winning new business customers through phone-based outreach and building long-term client relationships.

What you'll do

  • Proactively acquire new B2B customers through outbound sales activities
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand potential customers' requirements and identify suitable solutions from the product portfolio
  • Win new customers over the phone using strong sales skills and compelling arguments
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Execute targeted cross-selling and upselling initiatives to maximize customer value
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs

What you'll need

  • Completed professional training or relevant experience, ideally in B2B sales, account management, or real estate
  • Proven sales experience with strong hunter mindset and results-oriented approach
  • Proactive, structured, goal and solution-oriented working style
  • High level of self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
  • Team player who shares successes and motivates others
  • Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
