Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager within our Land domain to own all aspects of internal and external project coordination for complex defence AI projects. You will work at the intersection of technical and commercial delivery, providing strategic oversight while maintaining control over day-to-day project operations.

What you'll do

• Manage internal and external stakeholder interactions based on project deliverables and priorities
• Plan and update project roadmaps ensuring team alignment on requirements and deliverables
• Build project steering dashboards and track KPIs for management briefings
• Communicate project status to customers and partners
• Identify challenges and risks, proposing course corrections as needed
• Project headcount needs and inform recruitment requirements
• Implement efficient project governance and continuous improvement processes
• Contribute to the development of Helsing's project management organization

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years experience as project manager in defence, automotive, aerospace or related sectors
• Experience managing large-scale projects
• PMP certification or equivalent certification/experience
• University degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Business fluent English
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and presentation skills for complex issues
• Eligibility for security clearance according to national laws
