About the role
You'll be responsible for steering and operationally implementing strategic go-to-market and customer marketing projects in the B2B space. Acting as the central coordination point between Marketing, Sales, Customer Excellence and IT/Ops, you'll create data-driven decision-making foundations for important cross-functional initiatives. This is an 18-month maternity cover position.
What you'll do
- Take full responsibility for planning, steering and executing the bi-annual Product Release Campaign including coordination of all involved teams, KPI tracking and risk management
- Lead the cross-functional Multi-Product Lead Gen Taskforce: optimize Salesforce processes, lead routing logic, CVR and re-engagement frameworks
- Coordinate Product Led Growth initiatives: manage all workstreams from Marketing, Customer Excellence and Sales to establish a scalable self-serve growth channel
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for a CRM Operations Associate and manage all CRM topics (Salesforce), data quality and process automation
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau, Metabase) for funnel transparency and derive actionable recommendations for various stakeholders and senior management
What you'll need
- Several years of project management experience, ideally in a scaling tech or SaaS environment
- Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and lead complex projects in a structured way
- Experience with marketing-sales processes and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Initial experience in people management or functional leadership of team members
- Structured, data-driven thinking combined with pragmatic implementation skills and excellent communication abilities at all hierarchical levels
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional tools like Braze, WordPress or Tableau/Metabase
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar collaboration and project management tools
- Background in Product-Led Growth or freemium models
