Senior Product Manager

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager in the Hardware team, you'll develop customer-facing features for payment devices by collaborating with hardware, software, design, and business teams. You'll drive strategy and roadmap for products that integrate hardware, software, and services to help millions of merchants succeed.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver merchant experiences including offline mode and tap-to-pay
• Act as the voice of merchants by understanding their needs and turning them into high-satisfaction solutions
• Work with stakeholders, engineering, and design teams to develop innovative payment products and features
• Define product strategy, roadmap and specifications based on market needs and technical trends
• Manage complete product lifecycle from inception through iterations to mass production

What you'll need

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on consumer applications
• Experience building and scaling B2B or B2C products
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Track record of delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
