About the role

You will strategically steer relevant projects at the intersection of Product, Operations, Finance, Growth and Tech, bringing topics from idea to implementation in a structured, data-driven way with a view for the big picture.

What you'll do

• You strategically steer relevant projects at the intersection of Product, Operations, Finance, Growth and Tech
• You bring topics from idea to implementation – structured, data-driven and with a view for the big picture
• You work closely with Leadership and cross-functional teams
• You take responsibility for impact topics: from Business Planning via Process Design to implementation
• You actively shape the further development of our Enpal ecosystem (PV, battery, heat pump, wallbox etc.)
• You identify potential for new products, processes or organizational models and set impulses for scaling
