About the role

You'll serve as Customer Operations Manager at CarOnSale, managing onboarding processes for large B2B automotive clients on their digital marketplace platform. This role focuses on ensuring smooth operational processes between buyers and sellers while coordinating across sales, after-sales, and operations teams.

What you'll do

  • Guide new dealers (focus on large clients) through onboarding and ensure successful platform adoption
  • Analyze existing dealer account processes and implement improvements for efficiency
  • Coordinate operational experience between customers and internal sales/after-sales teams
  • Conduct regular check-ins with accounts to identify challenges and implement solutions
  • Use data analysis and AI to monitor marketplace stability and customer satisfaction
  • Manage complex end-to-end processes and stakeholder coordination

What you'll need

  • 1-3 years experience in customer onboarding, customer success, operations, or process management
  • Strong analytical skills to understand complex processes and find structured solutions
  • Excellent German (C2) and English (minimum C1) communication skills
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with strong self-organization abilities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and parallel tasks
  • Affinity for digital tools, CRM systems, and AI technologies
