Commercial Enablement Specialist - AI & Automation (German-Speaking)

About the role

As part of the Commercial Enablement Team, you'll help make our Sales & Account Management processes smarter, faster and more scalable. You'll implement AI and automation tools to optimize Go-to-Market processes from lead generation to customer management.

What you'll do

• Analyze sales and commercial operations processes to identify efficiency opportunities
• Build automations to resolve operational inefficiencies using tools like n8n
• Support integration of AI into commercial processes (lead generation, CRM workflows)
• Design pragmatic workflows for rapid validation of new use cases using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude
• Connect tools and systems via APIs, webhooks or no-code platforms
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations, Product & Engineering teams
• Iteratively test, optimize and scale working solutions

What you'll need

• Strong interest in how Sales & Go-to-Market teams operate
• Structured thinking and pragmatic problem-solving approach
• Interest in AI, automation and digital business processes
• Current studies with technical, digital or business focus
• Native-level German and good English skills

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of programming and web/API concepts
• Previous projects or practical experience in technical or operational environments
