About the role
As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing customer relationships and contributing to company success. You'll work with a manageable customer portfolio, allowing you to focus on individual customer care while building and maintaining partnerships.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with clear focus on added value
- Identify growth potential and develop suitable solutions
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Development teams
- Conduct meetings, performance discussions and presentations both in-person and digitally
- Monitor market trends and contribute to improved offerings
What you'll need
- Initial experience in sales or account management
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of creative solutions
- Ability to recognize customer needs and utilize upselling opportunities
- Willingness to travel within Germany and enjoy personal interaction
- Excellent German language skills and strong communication abilities
