About the role

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing customer relationships and contributing to company success. You'll work with a manageable customer portfolio, allowing you to focus on individual customer care while building and maintaining partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with clear focus on added value
  • Identify growth potential and develop suitable solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Development teams
  • Conduct meetings, performance discussions and presentations both in-person and digitally
  • Monitor market trends and contribute to improved offerings

What you'll need

  • Initial experience in sales or account management
  • Strong service orientation and enjoyment of creative solutions
  • Ability to recognize customer needs and utilize upselling opportunities
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and enjoy personal interaction
  • Excellent German language skills and strong communication abilities
