About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Synthflow, you'll bridge technology and customer success by implementing and optimizing AI phone agent solutions for enterprise clients. You'll work directly with customers post-sale to ensure successful deployment, integration, and measurable business impact.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Synthflow's AI phone agent platform for enterprise customers from solution design to go-live
  • Collaborate with customer engineering, operations, and success teams to align technical deployments with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain integrations with CRMs, telephony systems, and workflow automation tools
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities to help customers achieve meaningful business outcomes
  • Act as the technical voice of the customer, translating needs into actionable product insights
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent technical issues to ensure reliability in production environments
  • Create best practices, playbooks, and technical resources for future implementations
  • Contribute to account growth and renewal by driving strong adoption and long-term technical alignment

What you'll need

  • 3-6 years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Engineer
  • Hands-on problem solving skills with ability to write and debug code (Python, JavaScript, or low-code integrations)
  • Experience leading enterprise software implementations or integrations involving APIs, CRMs, or telephony platforms
  • Experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies, especially conversational AI or LLM-based systems
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Fluency in English and German (Spanish is a bonus)

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating or supporting telephony providers, SIP, or contact center systems
  • Background in LLM prompting, AI orchestration, or intelligent automation
  • Familiarity with enterprise post-sales success frameworks
  • Track record of driving renewals, expansions, or measurable customer outcomes in enterprise settings
