About the role

As Customer Experience Manager, you ensure that our AI technology delivers measurable value to every customer we serve. You will guide wholesalers through their AI transformation from onboarding and workflow adoption to continuous improvement, executive alignment, and commercial expansion.

What you'll do

  • Lead new customers through onboarding, training, workflow setup, and best practice implementation
  • Build trusted relationships with business owners, managing directors, and department heads across Europe
  • Act as the project manager for each customer: set milestones, manage progress, unblock issues, and measure outcomes
  • Own retention and renewal readiness through strong relationships and consistent value delivery
  • Identify expansion opportunities (new modules, additional users, new departments)
  • Work cross-functionally with Product & Engineering to relay insights, prioritize features, and shape roadmap decisions

What you'll need

  • Outstanding communication skills in German (native) and fluent English
  • Strong analytical mindset: able to interpret data, derive insights, and turn them into recommendations
  • Proven experience engaging with customers in a consulting, CS, project management, or operations role
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach. You proactively solve problems, take ownership, and thrive in ambiguity
  • Deep motivation to help customers adopt new technology, transform workflows, and realize measurable value
