Senior Product Designer

About the role

You'll be the second designer at this Berlin-based Series A startup, working directly with the Founding Designer to shape the product experience for SEO and growth analytics tools. This is a high-ownership role where you'll run user research, build design systems, and make independent product decisions in a fast-growing company.

What you'll do

• Own and build the design system from the ground up
• Conduct user interviews and maintain deep customer understanding
• Make independent product decisions on features and user flows
• Work closely with engineers from initial concept to shipped product
• Identify and fix quality issues across confusing flows and interactions
• Raise the design standards for the entire team

What you'll need

• Senior level product design experience as a lead designer, not just contributor
• Seed stage startup experience building foundational processes without playbooks
• Problem-first design approach based on user and business needs
• Deep care for craft including micro-interactions and animations
• AI-native approach to design tools and workflows
• Strong business acumen and engagement with feature strategy
