Founder's Associate Intern (Aug-Dec 2026)

About the role

As a Founder's Associate Intern, you will provide strategic and operational support to the Chief of Staff and CEO's office. You'll help execute key initiatives, enhance productivity, and streamline processes to drive the company toward achieving its vision and goals.

What you'll do

• Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to developing business plans and strategic initiatives
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects of high strategic importance
• Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support decision-making processes
• Assist with day-to-day operations to enhance efficiency

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management or related fields
• Ability to work from Berlin HQ at least 3 times a week
• 1-2 years experience in fast-paced environments (Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, high-growth start-up)
• Entrepreneur mindset with hands-on mentality
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
