About the role
Partner Enablement & Operations Lead role focused on developing scalable go-to-market and partner enablement strategies for Germany. You'll optimize processes, tools and workflows with emphasis on partnerships while ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and partnership teams.
What you'll do
- Lead development of operations tools and processes for sales and partnerships, focusing on partner sourcing, onboarding, enablement and co-selling
- Prioritize initiatives along global go-to-market and partnership strategy while ensuring local requirements flow into international roadmap
- Design, test and implement new end-to-end processes and tools in collaboration with sales, partnerships, marketing and operations teams
- Identify optimization opportunities across the entire funnel from partner acquisition to joint success through efficiency and impact analysis
- Define clear goals and KPIs for sales and partnership use cases and ensure processes are documented through playbooks and dashboards
- Establish collaboration with sales excellence, partnerships, marketing, legal, finance and data teams as key interface
- Drive tooling developments in CRM/PRM, automations and integrations while ensuring data quality and reporting capabilities
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales operations, partnership operations or sales/partner project management
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with strong stakeholder management skills
- Extensive experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, ideally with PRM systems
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and relevant tools like automations, analytics and BI
- Structured and self-organized working style
- Fluent German (C2) and very good English (C1) skills
