About the role
This is a role for someone who lives at the intersection of practical AI expertise and people enablement. You'll design and deliver AI adoption programs, coach teams through change, manage AI projects end-to-end, and help Talon. One build lasting AI capability across the organisation.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve Talon. One's AI enablement roadmap, defining priorities and keeping pace as the landscape changes
- Design and deliver learning experiences including workshops, deep dives, hackathons, and train-the-trainer formats tailored to different teams and application organisation wide
- Act as the go-to coach and sparring partner for leaders and individuals experimenting with AI in their day-to-day work
- Build and maintain a central AI knowledge hub covering prompt libraries, playbooks, and how-to guides that teams actually use
- Partner with department leads to identify and prioritise high-impact AI opportunities specific to their workflows
- Define and manage AI rollout timelines with clear milestones, owners, and deliverables from scoping through to measurement
- Rapidly prototype AI-powered workflow automations using low-code/no-code tools and embed them into existing systems
- Define responsible AI usage guidelines and collaborate with IT, Security, and Legal to ensure compliance and data protection
What you'll need
- 5 to 8 or more years of experience in Enablement, Operations, Analytics, Change Management, or a business role with significant AI adoption focus
- You are a genuine AI power user who builds, tests, and iterates rather than just advises
- Solid practical understanding of generative AI systems and how they work in real business and organisational contexts
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, low-code/no-code automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, and basic API integrations
- Working knowledge of AI risks including privacy, security, bias, and hallucinations, and how to apply that knowledge practically
- Proven experience designing and delivering learning programmes or workshops for non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, accessible, and actionable guidance for any audience or seniority level
- Strong project management instincts: you define plans, manage milestones, handle ambiguity, and deliver across multiple workstreams
What they offer
- €1,000 annual learning budget, full LinkedIn Learning access, and free German language courses
- 30 days of annual leave, plus extra paid days for your birthday and moving day
- Home office setup budget, a monthly home office allowance
- Freedom to work from abroad for up to 90 days worldwide
- Mental health support with nilo.health and discounted Urban Sports Club membership
- 20% company subsidy on your pension contributions
