About the role

Business Development Manager role at CarOnSale, Europe's modern B2B automotive marketplace. You'll develop new sales channels, manage strategic projects, and build partnerships with major clients to drive growth and success in the digital automotive trade sector.

What you'll do

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for strategic sales projects from market analysis to customer implementation, working directly with C-level leadership
  • Manage and develop key accounts (OEMs & large fleets) to secure national and international scaling
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers, building them into long-term partners
  • Design targeted sales initiatives to increase revenue and optimize internal sales processes
  • Generate actionable business insights from market feedback to refine go-to-market strategy
  • Manage communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders including customers, partners, and investors

What you'll need

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or comparable role, ideally in technology-driven environments
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition and development with responsibility for performance and growth results
  • Independent project management skills, analytical thinking, and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent German (C2) and English (minimum C1) communication skills
  • High resilience, proactivity, and strong results orientation in demanding, fast-growing team environment
