Staff Data Analyst, Marketing Analytics

About the role

This is a senior Marketing Analytics position focused on solving cross-channel marketing problems to accelerate growth. You'll develop quantitative models, run experiments, and provide strategic recommendations to marketing leadership while maintaining marketing measurement tools and mentoring team members.

What you'll do

• Develop quantitative analysis and statistical models to evaluate and steer marketing decisions
• Propose and defend strategic recommendations to top marketing leads
• Setup and analyze marketing experiments to drive strategic decision making
• Explore large datasets, identify opportunities and issues, and present findings to stakeholders
• Maintain and improve marketing measurement tools (Attribution, experimentation framework, Customer lifetime value)
• Serve as liaison between marketing teams and data engineering team
• Mentor others in analytics skills

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science or business intelligence role
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for analysis (pandas, scikit-learn, pyspark)
• Ability to understand user behavior and track record sharing insights to business stakeholders
• Prior exposure to digital and performance marketing, especially Google Ads and Meta
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Looker, Jupyter Notebooks, Databricks)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Track record solving marketing and growth challenges and driving business results
• Experience understanding and modelling marketing journeys
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hive)
