About the role

You'll be the central person for trawa's most important customers, managing key accounts for their B2B renewable energy platform. You'll drive customer success through structured onboarding, relationship building at decision-maker level, and strategic account development while identifying growth opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Lead key customers to success from structured onboarding to continuous development and account expansion
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and operational stakeholders as the primary point of contact
  • Identify growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell), prioritize by business value, and develop compelling business cases
  • Solve complex, business-critical issues pragmatically with structured, solution-oriented approach
  • Coordinate internally across Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure clarity and speed of execution
  • Work with Customer Success playbooks and QBRs while developing scalable standards
  • Take commercial responsibility for portfolio including customer satisfaction, growth, and retention

What you'll need

  • 2-4 years experience in Key Account Management building relationships at executive and operational levels
  • Ability to manage complex customer setups while taking responsibility for results and delivering efficiently
  • Skills to identify and evaluate commercial potential using data-driven approach and value-oriented negotiation
  • Proven success in customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction (NRR, churn reduction, portfolio growth)
  • Strong "farmer mentality" - results-oriented, structured, self-responsible with focus on sustainable accounts
  • Strong analytical thinking to derive actionable insights from data and make KPI-supported decisions
  • Background in strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or renewable energy companies preferred
