Expansion Manager

About the role

As Expansion Manager, you will lead the launch of new Voyfai branches across Europe by setting up operational foundations for local freight forwarding partners. This role focuses on establishing legal entities, implementing systems, and ensuring smooth integration into Voyfai's ecosystem rather than traditional customer acquisition.

What you'll do

• Lead the setup of new Voyfai branches with local freight forwarding partners, ensuring operational readiness
• Work with external legal partners to establish local legal entities and ensure compliance requirements
• Roll out Voyfai's Transportation Management System (TMS) and AI-enabled tools to local teams
• Coordinate setup of insurance, banking, employment contracts, and operational processes
• Train and support local teams on Voyfai's systems, workflows, and operational standards
• Act as bridge between local branches and central teams for smooth launch and integration
• Travel to branch locations typically 8-12 days per month

What you'll need

• Several years of professional experience in operations, business building, or expansion roles
• Experience launching new products, services, teams, or operational units
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across legal, finance, product, and operations
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in fast-moving environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
• Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups
• Additional European languages
