About the role
This is a 6-month full-time Customer Support Internship at Moss, a FinTech startup in Berlin. You'll work as a full team member providing customer support to German customers while gaining hands-on experience in operations and financial workflows.
What you'll do
- Provide customer support to German customers via phone, chat, and email
- Develop deep understanding of FinTech products, financial workflows, and payment operations
- Solve complex customer problems by connecting information and identifying root causes
- Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to resolve cases
- Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field
- Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (minimum C1)
- Strong interest in FinTech, financial processes, or operational excellence
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to take ownership
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
