About the role
This is a junior-level Partnerships Associate role focused on supporting growth in Germany by identifying potential partners and building a strong pipeline. You'll help establish commercial relationships and have the opportunity to develop into a full-cycle Partner Manager role over time.
What you'll do
- Research and identify prospective partners aligned with Moss' strategic priorities and ideal customer profiles
- Own top-of-funnel partnership outreach via email, LinkedIn, events and other channels
- Build and maintain relationships with partners through calls, meetings and ongoing communication
- Track pipeline activity in CRM tools and provide regular updates on partner funnel status
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing teams to align partner prospects with commercial strategy
What you'll need
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, finance, accounting, or Fintech
- Academic background in business, finance, economics, or similar fields
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
- Strong research and analytical skills with structured approach to insights
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
- Self-starter mentality with initiative to manage own pipeline
