Senior Paid Social Manager - Campaign Operations

About the role

We're seeking a Senior Paid Social Manager to own and drive performance marketing results across multiple markets and brands. You'll be responsible for delivering acquisition and efficiency targets through hands-on campaign management and cross-functional collaboration, focusing primarily on paid social platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snap.

What you'll do

• Own performance across a portfolio of markets/brands end-to-end, including planning, execution, and optimization to hit acquisition and efficiency targets
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring best practices in structure, creative testing, pacing, and budget allocation
• Monitor daily/weekly performance, manage budgets effectively, and deliver clear reporting with actionable insights
• Help improve processes and tool usage to make performance marketing more predictable, efficient, and scalable
• Partner with local marketing, creative, and paid social teams to align campaigns and coordinate execution
• Contribute to broader performance marketing initiatives including automation projects and new channel exploration

What you'll need

• Strong academic background in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with proven results in paid social across Meta, TikTok, and Snap
• Demonstrated ability to own targets end-to-end for specific markets/brands including budget responsibility and performance delivery
• Highly data-driven, action-oriented, organized, and natural problem solver who can prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate clearly and influence cross-functional partners
• Proactive self-starter who takes full ownership and operates with integrity, precision, and accountability
