Strategy & Operations Manager - Investments

About the role

This is a Business Operations Manager position at N26 focused on investment products and partnerships. You'll be responsible for project management, partner selection, data analysis, and KPI monitoring for complex investment initiatives while serving as the central connection point between internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead high-impact investment projects end-to-end from strategic design to delivery execution
• Collaborate with leadership on product execution, KPI definition, roadmap development and business cases
• Manage relationships between internal teams (Product, Tech, Legal, Marketing) and external partners
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis using SQL to monitor product performance and KPIs
• Oversee full partnership lifecycle from requirements gathering through selection, negotiation and implementation
• Review data continuously to ensure products meet defined performance targets

What you'll need

• 7+ years experience in financial services, fintech, banking, investment banking or startups
• Direct experience in the investments field is required
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics or related field
• Outstanding analytical skills with fluency in Excel and SQL
• Strong project management experience implementing large projects with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines with shifting priorities
