Graduate Customer Support Associate

About the role

This is an entry-level Customer Support Specialist position within Moss's Operations team in Berlin, designed for recent graduates wanting to build a foundation in customer operations at a fast-growing FinTech. You'll serve as a key operational contact for German customers while gaining deep product knowledge and solving complex financial workflow problems.

What you'll do

• Act as key operational contact for German customers, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Develop deep understanding of FinTech product across different use cases, markets, and customer needs
• Solve complex problems by thinking beyond scripts and connecting different pieces of information
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to resolve cases efficiently
• Improve processes and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and operational excellence

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (minimum C1)
• Strong interest in FinTech, financial processes, or operational excellence
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to take ownership
• Strong communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
• Analytical and curious approach to understanding processes and solving problems
• Detail-oriented and structured work style with accuracy in handling data and documentation
• Resilient and organized with ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environment
