About the role
We're looking for Junior Account Executives who want to learn enterprise SaaS sales from the ground up, with AI as an integral part of how they work every day. You own deals from outreach to close, selling into established customer segments where product-market fit is proven and our playbooks are strongest.
What you'll do
- Own deals from outreach to close — building and closing your own pipeline, not shadowing someone else's
- Sell into established customer segments where product-market fit is proven
- Work alongside founders and senior leadership on larger, more complex opportunities
- Build pipeline through disciplined outreach: events, sequences, follow-ups, referrals
- Work within a system of experienced sales leadership, dedicated coordinators, daily standups, and structured feedback — no traditional line manager
- Use AI as your daily execution engine for task management, deal coaching, research, outreach preparation, and CRM hygiene
- Build and improve your own AI workflows from day one
What you'll need
- Recently completed a degree or very early in your career — CV length is less important than how you think and work
- Curiosity about enterprise software and how businesses buy technology
- Active daily use of AI: built workflows, automated routines, used AI to research or structure work
- English at C1 to C2 level
- Ability to start executing at 30% clarity and take feedback without taking it personally
Nice to have
- First B2B experience (internship, working student, or first full-time role)
- German language skills
- Additional languages, particularly Spanish, French, or Dutch
