About the role

As a Solutions Engineer working student, you'll work at the intersection of technology, product, and customers on real customer cases. This role focuses on translating unclear problems into structured technical questions and developing solutions where product, engineering, and real customer systems meet.

What you'll do

• Analyze and structure customer requirements, translating vague problems into technical questions
• Create technical reports and analyses based on the platform, eventually designing them independently
• Provide technical consulting by preparing complex technical contexts clearly and solution-oriented
• Work as interface between customers, sales, and product teams on technical solution concepts
• Support and eventually lead product demos and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Create and improve technical documentation to make knowledge scalable

What you'll need

• Student status with ability to work minimum 20 hours per week
• Structured thinking and willingness to take responsibility
