About the role
Join Raisin's Investment and Pension Products tribe as a Software Engineer to build capital markets-based products that help customers grow their wealth. You'll be part of a new cross-functional team focused on internationalizing Raisin's investment products, owning the full lifecycle from design to operation.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain high-quality customer-facing platforms and internal tools using Java, TypeScript, and React
- Own the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing refinement of applications and services end-to-end
- Guide features through the full lifecycle from discovery to successful launch
- Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code with comprehensive testing practices
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Risk, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical standards and best practices
- Improve engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation to enhance developer productivity
- Use AI tools productively to accelerate delivery and improve quality
- Foster team culture through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and constructive feedback
What you'll need
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Professional experience as a Software Engineer with strong Java expertise
- Experience designing and developing microservices-based architectures
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures
- Experience working in agile environments with CI/CD practices
- Commitment to clean architecture principles and high code quality standards
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
