About the role

Doctolib is seeking a Partnerships Operations Lead to develop scalable go-to-market and partner enablement strategies for the German market. You'll optimize processes, tools, and workflows with a focus on partnerships, working closely with global and local teams to drive growth through data-driven operations and seamless Sales-Partnership collaboration.

What you'll do

  • Lead development of operations tools and processes for Sales and Partnerships, focusing on partner sourcing, onboarding, enablement, and co-selling
  • Prioritize initiatives aligned with global go-to-market and partnership strategy while ensuring local requirements feed into international roadmap
  • Design, test, and implement end-to-end processes and tools in coordination with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Identify optimization opportunities across the entire funnel from partner acquisition to joint success and integrate findings into strategic roadmap
  • Define clear goals and KPIs for Sales and Partnership use cases and ensure process adoption through documentation, playbooks, and dashboards
  • Establish close collaboration with Sales Excellence, Global Sales Performance, Partnerships, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Data teams
  • Drive tooling developments including CRM/PRM, automations, and integrations while ensuring data quality and reporting capabilities

What you'll need

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Partnership Operations, or Sales/Partner project management
  • Proven experience successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, ideally with PRM systems
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and relevant tools including automations, analytics, and BI
  • Structured and self-organized working style
  • Fluent German (C2) and very good English (C1) language skills
