About the role
We are seeking a Business Segment Lead for Intelligent Ops Platforms to define and execute AI-first operating models that drive measurable efficiency and scale. This role combines strategic leadership with technical fluency to transform N26's operational capabilities through GenAI/LLM integration and automation.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the IOP vision, integrating GenAI/LLMs into operations to drive efficiency
- Lead prioritization and business case development for internal Ops Platform ecosystem
- Establish governance structures for timely roadmap decisions and technology investments
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Ops to accelerate automated workflow delivery
- Design scalable process frameworks and KPIs to track progress and operational outcomes
- Tackle complex operational bottlenecks using real-time data to pivot strategy
- Act as sparring partner to leadership on prioritization, trade-offs, and execution challenges
What you'll need
- 5+ years experience in top-tier Strategy/Tech Consulting, investment banking/PE, FinTech or fast-growing tech company
- Proven track record managing large-scale Digital Transformation or Platform Strategy projects
- Experience with AI, automation, Cloud, and APIs driving business value
- STEM or highly quantitative degree with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and storytelling
- Experience influencing C-level executives and technical leads
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business risk and opportunity
- Strong executive communication skills for senior leadership presentations
