About the role
This is a Head of Strategic Programs role focused on Marketing, reporting to the Director of Strategy and Corporate Development. You'll support the CMO by aligning cross-functional strategies, driving operational excellence, and spearheading strategic initiatives across the marketing department.
What you'll do
- Support development of growth flywheel strategy and strategic roadmaps across Marketing
- Conduct in-depth strategic analysis and gather market/competitor insights
- Lead strategic projects to enhance operational excellence and process efficiency
- Oversee OKR, Roadmaps and Quarterly Business Review processes for Marketing
- Organize and manage high-impact internal and external meetings for executives
- Develop strategic content including presentations for investors and stakeholders
- Enhance information flow across the department and connect with key stakeholders
What you'll need
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience including top tier consulting and marketing/strategy roles in tech companies
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with Executive and Board-level stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
