About the role
Lead Recruiter Sales position focusing on full-cycle recruitment for sales positions across Germany. You'll own the complete recruitment process for commercial roles while mentoring team members and improving recruiting processes in Berlin.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for sales roles including SDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Managers across Germany
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing to meet current and future hiring needs
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidates' sales competencies, cultural fit, and alignment with company values
- Act as trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, providing market insights, compensation benchmarking, and strategic hiring recommendations
- Champion candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and feedback
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of recruiting experience with strong focus on sales hiring and full-cycle recruitment
- Proven expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates, with experience building talent pipelines for commercial roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence hiring decisions and partner with senior leaders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Fluent in German and strong English skills (minimum B2 level) for international team collaboration
