- Engage with internal users to understand needs, validate assumptions, and translate feedback into platform improvements
- Design and maintain reusable tools, services, and abstractions for safe deployment and scaling
- Make architectural decisions and articulate trade-offs among reliability, security, scalability, and developer experience
- Partner with infrastructure and security teams to align platform capabilities with operational requirements
- Raise platform quality standards through documentation, standards, and mentoring
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with focus on platform, backend, or infrastructure work
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives independently and deliver production-grade systems
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures in production
- Experience with Internal Developer Platforms, developer tooling, or enabling infrastructure (Backstage experience preferred)
- Understanding of CI/CD, GitOps concepts, and modern deployment workflows
- Experience with cloud providers (preferably GCP) and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
- Strong product mindset with ability to talk to users and prioritize based on impact
- High ownership, autonomy, and curiosity about improving developer experience at scale
What they offer

- 30 days annual leave plus extra paid days for birthday and moving
- Home office setup budget and monthly allowance
